Henry thanks for doing this it was a really great experience. at 6:28 ish i really hated the fold, however though a insignificant sample 47 hands Vil was 11/4/0 3b , just hard to think i'm ahead there , i would call vs any reg. Yes a preflop mistake at 17:00, KThh is 3b or low freq call from CO. at 27:54 that was an odd one very occasionally I go random lol , intuition raise. further to what you said about my play i think ive improved a lot over the past 12 months by organizing my study time more effectively , Tbo at first I tried very hard to record a video to impress you but that went very badly, then i gave up and just recorded a few sessions and picked the most average . your comments where highly informative and encouraging. thank you Cheers!
BTW The title "One Last Time" , creeps me out! like one of us aint gonna be around much longer. part# 2 sounds better imo. lol.
Hi Willie. This was actually Henry's last video for RIO, so the "one last time" title was probably accurate. I thought he was one of the best essential instructors by far. I hope he comes back and does more videos.
17 min I didn't know a large size was being used on these 663r boards.
Here is what wizard shows for 50NL general splitting between 50-75% sizing, so I think we can just go 2/3 with hands that double block the suites of the board.
Then on the turn on a relative brick I think here is what wizard is doing on 663r-Thh board. Just barreling super aggressively for 75% pot. I think it's a spot I'm missing a ton because I'll go 1/3 or 1/2 on the flop and then barrel when I pick up equity but also leak money when I try and bluff an ace because of my small cbet opponent has a lot of AX still in range that floated, so burning money bluffing Ax / Kx on turns. Glad Henry Lister pointed out a big bet can be used here. Might make all the difference in my game. I usually just default to 1/3 IP in 3BP.
Just wanted to note after watching this video I ran up a 1,000bb stack and a 750bb stack yesterday. It really did make all the difference in my game! Thank you Henry Lister
39 min T#1 with AQh on the 976r UTG vs BTN. What do you think of donking here? I see wizard donking for 20% pot with a wide range of hands that have bdfd, gut shots, sets, OE, etc. I thought there would be more XR going on with set / SC advantage favoring UTG as I don't think 77/66 get 3bet very often in this formation. Debating all three options of donk / XR / XC. Is having an ace a negative blocker to opponents bet + fold range with his AK AQ AJ? so we don't want an ace to XR right?
Probably viable but I doubt having a check range is going to have a significant EV loss - And if you were to play a donking strategy you now need to have a well constructed xr-xc-xf-df-dc-dj ranges meaning you must have a well thought through set of ranges to fit into 6 strategies making your game tree much more complicated. This is perfectly fine if you have studied this board texture for a donking strategy in this formation but I have not.
I would check call the hand simply because you have some showdown value with AQ high and a bdnfdraw-2 potentially live overs and the ability to turn your hand into a bluff on favourable runouts vs AK-1pair hands.
I prefer check raising hands like JTs as you block JJ-TT, have 2 backdoors when called and unblock some kq-aq hands that can b-fold. You also do not have to worry about being jammed off your equity and really benefit from the fold equity given you have J high.

Thanks Henry Lister low SDV and high equity with unblockers to folding range makes perfect sense.
Great video.
I'd appreciate If anyone could help answer this question.
I would like to know what HUD or program gives you the bet sizing options and does it work on WPN?
Thanks
Also would be interesting to know how to have those RNG numbers on the table.
Thanks.
