Very interesting video as always, complete with every explanation! I ask two things because with piosolver I still don't quite understand when to bet big on the flop, and often I should. I ask to learn from the best and I hope to ask things in the most constructive and respectful way possible.
min 19.00 KK could be an option to bet big on flop and push on turn? just to simplify the hand. And what do you think instead (like second options) doing the same size on the flop and jam on turn?
Min 26.00 I fully agree with what you say. I wonder, I don't know if I understood correctly, I understand English but not very well, would it be right to check jam if the opponent bet vs missed cbet 1/3 on flop? I'm saying, for example, flop he bets 30 dollars and we jam. I really like doing it, considering only hands 88-to -QQ he has 30 combinations and only this maybe is a good motivation to justify this plan.
Generally you want to bet big when you have significant nuts advantage meaning you have a range advantage at the top ends of your ranges. (more hands willing to stackoff than opponent). You can bet with a higher frequency when you have an overall equity advantage (your entire range of hands wins >50% of the pot compared to your opponent). Both very different things.
19 - I think big bet flop jam turn seems okay.
26 - I said in the video that I would have liked a check jam as you suggested. You are correct.
Hh#1 76c on A54cc, you mentioned just calling vs the check min raise. You also mentioned you would prefer a bigger flop bet. Which hands would you look to check back on this flop or just prefer 1/3 range bet still?
Also against recs do you prefer 3 betting these lower SCs, AXs, and isolating them or cold call ip and go mw? If you're up against a 27/15 type rec where they also have a limpjng range so their rfi range is a bit stronger. Ive been going back in fourth with all 3 options of fold, call, or 3 bet. I feel my postional skill edge is not enough to overcome their tight range once they call the 3bet. Often find myself tripling and just getting snapped by say AhTh on similar textures. How do you decide what the best option is vs these recs with tighter rfi ranges?

This depends on different factors.
- Do we have aggressive players behind?
- How deep are we?
- What is the rake structure of the games?
- How weak is the original raiser/fish?
Often in higher rake pools you are incentivised to play pure 3bet/fold. In lower rake scenarios you often mix 3b/call with these and I will weight it more to one or the other based on the factors listed above.
25 min KdKc on 754hhs 4 bet pot utg vs co, pot is 95 with 262 effective. You mentioned having a bigger bet strategy or check jam range. With the bigger bet strategy i.e 2/3 pot it sets up a turn jam for around 200 into 320. Are you betting 2/3 with similar hands that would check jam i.e AhKx QQ+, fd, & AsQs? I find this spot often where they have to call at least once with QQ-99 region, 76s, fd, etc so prefer just 2/3 pot here but super unbalanced capping my checking range. Maybe 1/3 with AhAx AsQs AhKx type hands where aces dont need much protection and having AhAx or KhKx split with non heart combos to protect the 1/3 bet range is pretty nice. Then actual flush draws AhTh KhJh and over pairs QQ+ non heart combos looking to pile money in. Checking range really capped with over card diamomd and club combos. Does this sound correct if I'm using 2 sizes on this texture?
1-2 sizes feels fine here. Given the added depth on stacks and IP 3 bet calling more combos of hands that pair up here I think you need to be careful with a 100% range bet as OOP here.
Therefore some checks, some smaller bets, some bigger bets make sense with a variety of different combinations.
KK can likely do a bit of everything here but given it wants protection vs Ax it likely benefits mostly from a bet.
Really great analysis, Henry!
I wrote down a couple theory questions while watching but you answered them right after.
Curiosity: Are the hands chronologically ordered? Because first half of the video you opt for aggressive options and 2nd half you go for the more passive approach, probably just a coincidence.
Hey, do you have advices how to avoid judging players, berating them or giving some ''love'' to their lines/strategys??? (Or how you cope with that)
To me thats seems like good opportunity to increase winrate and productivity. I see often and gulty myself to show disrespect to others (regulars), whether it is 200z or higher.

Thanks for the kind words.

Yes, so I understood correctly. And thank you very much for the advice regarding piosolver.

The hands are filtered for the topic of the video (so bigger pots at 200z). Therefore they are not going to be chronologically ordered.
