JNandez brings us a different type of video where he discusses the importance of reviewing hands in the forums and strategy discussion with other great players.

I'd seen these spots before - the 6532 discussion in particular was quite memorable - but I think this is a nice idea, and well presented. Good video.

This was really good....I often read the discussions and I'm left confused because everyone makes good points and seems to have a different point of view. It's nice to have everything analyzed so conclusions can be drawn. Also I need lots of information on how to size bets in different situations so this was valuable to me.

Can I clarify the term "freeing up equity"? This means that we are folding out hands that have a little equity against us (something like 3 5) not hands that we have dominated like lower fds right? And why did some want to check call on this board with an overpair, nfd and gutter don't we have good equity even against top set? We're better off waiting to see if we hit the turn?

Free up equity means that we are getting hands to fold that have some low % of equity (maybe up to 35%) but can't continue to realize this equity for some reason (i.e. multiple players in the pot, too big of a likely-hood to be dominated, too low equity vs. top of opponents range etc).

Sure OP+NFD+GS is good enough to bet, but because of the multiway situation we could argue that not betting helps to keep dominated hands in the pot. Every hand is totally individual and the value of a specific hands will change as all the variables of the hand change, therefore it's hard to give general advice.

Nice video. Regarding the 3rd hand I am not sure I agree. Reason is that villain will have a pretty good grasp as when he can continue vs our strategy by his own holding. So we cant just barrel away with the air part of our range. The analysis in the video completely ignores how the very weak part of our range wants to play and that it may want to x on otf or turn.
