OTwenty 11 years, 11 months agoI really think u should just go through all the hands when you get to the final few tables. It doesnt take a whole lot of time extra but it does add alot to the quality of the content in regards to gameflow, which is very important in this stage of the tournament.
Grayson Ramage11 years, 11 months agoThanks for the feedback guys, I agree that gameflow is definitely important, especially later in tournaments. I did show all of the hands at the final table in some of my previous videos, and I will make sure to do this for future videos, probably starting with the final 2 tables.

I'm on the fence about whether or not it's important to show all the hands. In some ways seeing the hands of people allow us to guess people's ranges in certain spots but on the other hand you telling us, "this guy x" can be good enough. i haven't seen all your videos but i've seen both where you show all the hands and this one and think both are great. do you feel like you need to show all the hands? Cause i'd like to know why you thought it wasn't important. one thing that can happen sometimes is videos can get really boring to watch but even when you showed all the hands it wasn't boring cause you clicked through them quickly. great video, thank you.
MightySparow11 years, 11 months agoI normally fold hands like 44 utg on 21bb Can you explain a bit more about your thinking because its hard to play postflop on this spr so there is bunch of diffrent hands that you can open. I know that you said you dont expect to play postflop but you still can use some card selection in case someone calls you.
Grayson Ramage11 years, 11 months agonp1- the main reason for not showing the hands is that a lot of them are boring, as you said, and since the vast majority of them don't get to showdown, most of my commentary will be purely speculative. I do also see the benefit for showing all of the hands, and since it was requested I'll do that for future videos.
Mightysparrow - I agree with you that low pocket pairs play pretty poorly, and you are right that I need to draw the line on my opening range somewhere. I don't disagree that it may be better to fold, I think it is pretty close and dependent on the table.
17 mins in you open btn 3hdd 240k bout 30bbs eff bb makes it 600k and you jam. Is this a standard jam or is flitting ever an option? Maybe its bc of my mostly cash background but I rly thought this would be a flat bc were ip and we likely dominate his 3b range and can play post flop fairly easily. Whereas when we shove our equity isn't likely good when called. Feedback? Thanks
Flatting is also a viable option. Every point you make is correct, this was just a situation in which I thought he would be folding to a shove very often, so I decided shoving was better than flatting.
