Yesterday I was watching your debut video for RIO, and you were saying that in 2018 I believe (your first year taking poker more seriously) you played around 1M hands, but believed that you should start studying more often instead of basically just learn by playing.
What methods have you used to study and improve since then? Did you review a lot of hands in pio? Did you watch RIO videos yourself? Do you have a group of people to discuss hand histories with (who are they)? Or did you just keep using your method of gaining experiece and learning mainly through playing? I'd enjoy learning a bit more about your systems.

Chaps playing on this pool is overkill!

My study methods are mainly DB reviews and PIO. I will chat over hands with players sometimes too - they are other midstakes players.
But I still gain the most benefit from playing and learning from experience and seeing player/pool tendencies/leaks.
