Nice to see you putting in a lot of volume. Almost a million hands for the year! How does this compare to the goals you set out to achieve beginning of the year? Is the WR pre or post rake back? I'm guessing the jack pot you hit is not included?
It's pre rakeback WR. I try and play 1 million hands per year.
Definitely will be a horrible decision if RIO didn't extend the contract. Best play & explain specialist on the site :)

Agree definitely best play and explain on the site. No exaggeration to say I might cancel my elite if it didn’t have your videos anymore so I hope you get a new contract!
They make a great counterpoint to the more theory based videos, I often use them as a warm up

The most consistent coaches on this site for play & explain are Gary Chappell and Elusivemark. Very underrated coaches that grind consistently and have strong fundamentals. Even Luke Johnson has learned a thing or two from Gary's videos. I would be sad if Gary doesn't get an extension.

Could you direct me to Luke's videos where he references me please? I watch most of Luke's stuff as it's brilliant, but i don't remember him mentioning me...

Gary Chappell It was an old video before Luke started playing high stakes. It was a spot where you 3bet + folded QQ to a cold 4bet / 5bet. Where he didn't think it was a thing.
edit* I tried to go back and through the comments I left on his old videos from 3+ years ago, but I couldn't find the spot. Maybe it was a comment he left on one of your videos? Anyways not a big deal.

I'm assuming you're 4 tabling on Zoom. How many hands per hour are you getting on there?
How many hours per day / week do you usually put in there?
I hope the NL 500 and 1k goes well for you. How certain are you that you can beat those games over a large sample, if you don't me asking? I'm guessing you played there before a lot at the higher stakes?

Yeh I'm 4 tabling RnC. About 800-1k hands per hour. I play about 40 hours a week.
500-1knl. Tbh I'm not sure. I would think I'm winning at 500nl, perhaps with a small winrate. 1knl I know is tough so I wouldn't be surprised if I'm a slight loser given some top players struggle to beat it.
But I'm much improved than when I last played it over a large sample, so I cannot say with any certainty.
Congrats on the results Gary and good luck at 500nl+. If you played 1m hands at RNC this year, how many hands would you aim for playing regular tables next year?
I don't know mate. I'll be mixing formats.
