KJ3 rainbow 3 ways w AA and the boare favors your range, I dont quite see the point in checking. Youre going to want to take advamtage of your range advantage here by betting with a considerable number of bluffs that benefit from cbetting, seems to me you gotta balance that out with hands like AA, AK, And better as well.
It's a spot where I simplify to a range check, so unless I have strong reads opponents are recreational then I stick to that. Also multiway we play more passively and hand strength goes down in value - eg multiway AA isn't worth 3 streets of value.
Hey Gary,
13:40 you talk about tinkering with SB range to see how to defend what program would you use for preflop node locking. I 100% agree with your read I don't think most humans are finding the correct 3bet frequency. this definitely high lights the weakness of using solver outputs as a strategy.
I am enjoying this series because with the weaker players in the mix it applies to all stakes
I've never nodelocked preflop, but I guess you can do it on PIO preflop. I just adjust intuitively and call a much tighter range vs opponents who are under-3betting.
