6:25 would you think of this as a live tell? Usually if people have a strong hand I wouldn't expect them to say "running hot." Then the half pot river size also seems weak. So jamming does make a lot of sense but as you said its mostly sets or QJc, AJc, AQc that should be in range. The Tc blocks a lot of worse flushes.

Yeh it was a tough spot.

If they’re a reg they shouldn’t/wouldn’t flat in these positions very often, particularly AJ/AQ, and so their range would be skewed towards pairs, so this becomes an easy value shove.

If rec they can have all sorts of random lower flushes, sets, 2 pair, straights, overplaying AA, so it’s an easy shove.

Cooler, nothing much to say. No need to over analyse this one imo.

14min T#3 I found some of the continue range to be interesting. I think 1 over + BDSD + BDFD makes sense to continue, but wizard is mixing. But also mixing Diamond and heart combos to continue as well. Wizard screen shot but also KJo is interesting as well for continues. Want a club for BDFD + BDSD + 1 over. But unblocking spades and continue with KdJh seems interesting.

If you could sum up bottom of your continue range vs B50 IP 3BP BTN vs SB how would you describe it or heuristics for continuing?

A logical heuristic to use is strong backdoor draws with an overcard. The heart & diamond combos are strange and I certainly wouldn’t be finding calls vs B50.

15:30 LJ vs SB 3BP IP talked about not floating T9d here. I thought with double bdsd i.e Q-J or 8-7 run outs a long with bdfd this hand would continue vs B33 and maybe even vs B50. I was way wrong as I checked wizard its pure folding vs B33 as you mentioned in the video have to factor in positions and how tight the ranges are for continuing.

I checked this spot for BTN vs SB as well and it appears T9s is still folding vs 1/3 even though ranges are wider and its a pure cb spot for SB. So I think heuristic needs to be 1 over + BDFD + BDSD. In BTN vs SB formation you'll see some QJs/JTs floating here with a single bdsd, so in later position its less about the robust equity on future run outs and more about making a strong top pair or strong 2nd pair. Where QJs can still turn 2nd pair and win vs TT-77 that 3bet preflop.
