Disappointed that you never quite got into talking much about what you do differently than other players. You have a very unique approach to live NLH, I was looking forward to seeing some spots you might play differently than most regs. Nevertheless I enjoyed your videos. Thanks Garrett, GL in the future

Great vids Garrett, Ive been a live pro for close to 8 years now and you def have opened my eyes to some things that I prob would never have thought of. With that being said one thing that comes to mind that might actually help you sometimes maybe is say I want to know what an opponents holdings from a hand we had earlier. I will wait till they win a big pot and kind of banter back and forth and kind of in a round about way get them to tell me what they had in the earlier hand. Straight asking them what they had will usually cause them to shut down. I totally believe that they are way more likely to give off info if they are in a good mood from the huge hand they just won. Just like if someone was in a bad mood from a lost hand they would be less likely to tell us anything.
There are a couple other live tells that I feel are somewhat reliable that maybe you could test in your games.

  1. Someone sitting up in their chair, specifically right when they look at their hand for the first time or when the flop hits, like you said its not 100% but it def means something.

  2. When early pos is not the pre flop raiser and they tank check in a multiway pot.

  3. When someones attention is genuinely diverted after they look at their hole cards. Strong hands want to know whats up with all the action.

Anyways there are a million more but these are the ones that come to mind. Thoughts????

Again thanks for everything
