Frankie Carson plays a session at $2/$5 where his focus is just on pure poker with none of the extras that are commonly associated with playing online.

That first hand where the guy cold calls the 4 bet. I am a regular in these games also. I have seen multiple hands like that where they show up with AA. I have also been seeing a lot of spots where reg fish/ 3xing regs over limp behind a whale or cold call like c/o and back raise vs a squeeze w the nuts. I spewed off several buyins thinking they were capped and spazzing before I realized.

Hey. I'd be careful assuming fish have AA mostly in these types of spots. To me the data would indicate more middling pp's, strong suited broadway, AKo, and occasionally AA/KK type hand.

Oh yea def not assuming he has the nutted portion of his range. I was just pointing out that I am seeing people show up with AA in weird spots often.

Interesting vid without the rng. What is your preferred method for randomizing when playing live?

28:00 table 4 aq do you have overbets on this turn? Would nut flush draws fall into that range?

29:40 table 3 55 that was a big 3bet. What is the cutoff size for calling small pp vs a 3bet?

Will you do a followup vid for the interesting hands?

Thanks!

Hey Sound! I don't usually rng as much live. Easier to justify pure plays given the weaker field.

I would not since this turn connects fairly well with a rec SB calling range. I would keep it to just a large sizing.

Vs like a 4.5x+ type sizing low pp's usually mixed as SB vs EP type position will be a very strong range. I rarely see a large enough 3bet sizing to cause low pp's to pure fold. This is also dependent on stack size and player type that could change calling freq. I guess in short, it's mostly always mixed.

I did not for this one sorry! Will be sure in the future to follow up on interesting hands or tuck it into current video.
