One format that seems to be very popular is the one that you play a live session, and then go over the footage with the pio results for the most interesting hands.
Unfortunately we don't have the zoom pool running, and regular tables open and close as soon as the recreational player busts and we're not able to always be 4 tabling. I think shooting a liveplay video in these conditions might look more distracting to the viewer, as it will be always a different number of tables, dead moments with no action.
