With the KQo hand at ~7:30: why are we 3-betting small if all we are repping is something like we really have? Should we instead make it 3200ish to keep our range wide so that we can rep big pairs on such a dry board? Is it because we never get a fold pre-flop in this position, so why waste another couple hundred chips...?

Not sure why we can have big pairs by making it 3200 but not 3096? It is just to let him flat and c/f more or flat with more stuff we dominate and make it cheaper for us when he has it.
