konrad11 years, 11 months agohi, im just curious why you decide to 4b/fold Zwacke in the 500 2 minutes into the video. your hud has him at 14/10 over 50 hands. I'm not criticizing, just curious about your thought process. thanks.
David Emmons11 years, 11 months agoits only 51 hands so the 14/10 line is sort of irrelevant. relative positions, he tanked tooo long. but by far more than anything is our stack depth...4b/f very powerful vs 30-60bbs

What's your calling range in that spot?

Do you consider openjamming here when SB has 21bb and BB has 12bb stacks? I know that makes our range looks weaker, but we wouldn't be glad to see shove from them.

When we 3b and check this flop backj, it makes our range looks like we have some sd value or a trap, so it would be harder to extract value on later streets. I prefer a cbet flop vs good players at tough tables like this one and maybe a check vs less competent ones. Checking turn for a pot control after cbetting flop is more preferable line for our range i think.
Do you disagree with me?
Thanks and good luck in future!
David Emmons11 years, 11 months ago1:20 goood question ill say i think 88 is a marginal call so 88+ AJs+ KQs aqo...its a 26+bb shove from bb against ep raise...88 may b a fold rly
2:40 nother good? i like shove best. r/c both second best, and r/c bb and r/f to marco 3rd best
David Emmons11 years, 11 months agoon the ATo hand i do not always take this ilne...that would obviously be silly. it is the line that can loose you the least if you dont plan on folding, because if they fire turn and river your losses are limited. i like the bet/check/bet line against fish more in general, because they see it as an inconsistant bluff. i like the check/bet/decide line more vs regs both with and without it i think they know just because i check flop in a 3b pot doesent mean im giving up. there are merits to both and i guess i just go more by feel than anything.
I'm really enjoying your videos. Great to see the live grind. I haven't read the comments, so I'm not sure if this has been mentioned.
Regarding your HUD. If you delete the name of the player and the label stats it really helps minimize the clutter. The name is already on the screen and you'll know which is PFR, VPIP .... right?
Can you separate the Stars tables and the Tilt tables. Much easier for me to follow.
Just some thoughts.
Great Videos! keep up the good work. Your vids alone are worth 100 bucks (or more).
