Great video Dylan. Much easier to follow with both the numbering and audio quality. Many helpful hints, and I appreciate the honest critique of your play. I love how you left the mixed game after the bad fold. :) I am hoping for a wizard v wizard battle on table 2 in future videos..time will tell. As always, I hope all is well. Peace.

Nice video. Lots of good information. I'm about to play in my first HORSE tournament a couple weeks from now, but have a very weak stud and stud8 game. Any chance you know good videos on here or a book for stud/ stud8? I consider myself a very good Razz, and Omaha H/L player but only have basic knowledge in the stud games. Really want to learn them before I play this tournament.
THanks man :) If you want to improve at o8/stud8 I can definitely recommend a book called Split Pot Poker for Advanced players. I cant remember the author but it is a 2+2 book. I think the only person producing mixed game videos here is me and I just have a very basic overview on 8game as an earlier video. In the future I will be making more mix game content and this particular series will see me return to some cash game tables later on.
Thanks. I'll look into it. Iv'e read couple books on PLO8, but can't really find anything good on the stud games. Seems like everything is outdated.
The author is Ray Zee. Also the Full Tilt Strategy Guide has a couple of chapters on stud games.
^^ Hear lots of good things about Ray Zee. His name comes up a lot for mixed games.
