thank your for video, but u might consider some things 1)make live / review video 2) do theory . just dont do both in one video. and play 4 tables to have more action :)
Good video, just curious about one thing: do you sit out when you grind to take your notes as a standard or did you do it only for the purpose of this video?
When I grind I sometimes sit out if there were a lot of interesting hands in a short period of time, but I always try to prevent this as much as possible. For this video I sitout more often for the purpose of the video though.
I normally always play 4 tables of zoom. I think on average I play around 500-550 hands/hr but that is probably lower than most players though. I think this is because I always try to do my best to not autopilot and I VPIP and make notes more than average.
I actually like the format of the video. I also really appreciate the fact that you take the time to discuss many spots in detail during the review. I think this is much more helpful than having 4 tables of zoom and seeing you rush through the decision process because it's simply impossible to explain everything in enough detail and not time out.
As for the presentation part, it would be great if you could put less content on each slide and use darker colors. Light grey is hard to read on a white background :)
In any case, thanks for putting out the content here. I (and I am sure most others here as well) really appreciate it.
really nice video.. iam on nl100z now beat nl50 for 5bbs over 100k hands but seeams that nl100 is allot more diferent.. do you thing is possible to have more than 5bbs over large sample in nl100z? i know in regular tables its of course but i hate table selecting and waiting lol.. can you share nl100z results? take care
It takes some time to adapt when you move up in stakes, often you need to change some things in your game that were effective at your pervious stakes, but maybe less effective at your current stakes. Usually you will find out if you just keep playing the stakes. You can also think about the differences and try to come up with a game plan that counters the strategies that you've trouble with so far. An easy example, it may be very effective to cbet bluff a lot at 50NL, but if they defend lighter at 100NL then your cbets will become less effective and you may want to cut down in cbet bluffing.
Although I haven't been playing 100NL for almost a year, I'm pretty confident you can win at 5bb at 100NL zoom. My winrate at 200NL zoom is 6bb EV over 170k hands this year.
I disagree with IamYoPrincess. Think The format of the serie was really innovative and easy to focus on. It was very nice to see when and how to switch from GTO plays to the exploiting mode. Good Job!
Nice vid again. Not sure if its too late for suggestions that you asked for... but I like this current format of theory and then some play. Although I personally prefer going over hand histories rather than game play. And ideally the hand histories have some relevance to the prior theory discussion. For example, say you talk about overbetting first, then you move onto hands where you used an overbet, and explain why the overbet was good or maybe not so good.
Thanks for leaving a comment! It will be the theory+review play combination for the entire series, should be around 7 episodes in total. I might do theory+HH review in the next series, but I'm not 100% sure yet.

Great video, really like this series. I think for the next one I'd like to see some live play.
Got a couple of questions:
Do you normally play just 2 zoom tables or was that just for this video?
How many hands do you play in a typical session?
Thanks!
Good to hear you like the series so far!

Very nice video... like the table you have that systematically breaks down the steps in a decision.
i like the videos. Good job. I am on this series now
