I got a lot from this drill video.
20:23 you said without the gutter you would have folded. With the Ah I feel like it almost wastes the hand. Without the gutter but with the Ah I feel like betting and barreling hearts or xr and barreling hearts may be better. What do you think?
43:30 it shows us calling with single hearts. Is that because it makes it easier for 7s to bluff catch heart rivers, or potentially bluff bet/raise heart rivers?

20:23 correct. Solver logic leans heavily towards not messing around in the absence of real equity. That's not to say I would have folded all Ah hands without a straight draw. I would need pairs from the board(the higher the better, you could make an argument for x/r AAK6 with the Ah as a hand that gets folds now and bluffs on multiple future runouts.)
Barrel Ah is one strategy for sure but on flops that aren't A high, our overall betting volume is going to be low to begin with.
43:30 it works in multiple ways- yes, bluff catching is one of them and so is potentially taking away one of OOP's outs.
