Dekkers123 battles it out with a mix of regs and recs in this $100 zoom session recap that features a number of hands being settled preflop and the more difficult hands being checked by the solver to see if his deviations make sense.

yes, if we pay rake obv we give up ev due to the rake we have to pay. but if i run a sim in a non-raked environment and a sim in a rake environment is there any difference in the lines?

Yes, a simple example would be never limp the sb in a high rake enviornment but have it in your range where the rake is low

Tyler Forrester released a video on this in 2018 where he explored the differences and if I'm not mistaken came to the conclusion that postflop the rake does not have large impacts on our strategies when it comes to bluffing, value betting and so on. It has impacts on our winnings of course (which likely is why it does have a considerable effect preflop) but apparently our strategy doesn't shift a lot postflop.
