Love your videos mark.

Would be nice to see your "River Call Efficiency". I would suggest most players with a 1-alpha river approach have less than 1.3 there. I feel in my limits that I should make more explo folds on the river, because people are underbluffing on most runouts. I know I still call abit too much OTR I have exactly 1.2 there

I've seen also 1.2 in a video of Tyler Forrester over a large samplesize.

as someone who plays mostly live and a little bit of untracked sites, this is valuable to see. all I have to go off of are sims and intuition for which hands are profitable for me.

Excellent video Mark!
Thank you for making these.
I am hoping you can keep going with 200 NL.
Perhaps talking about exploiting fish to a higher level.

24:22 Aren't the sample sizes of a lot of these filtered stats WAY too small to draw any conclusions?

EluSiVeMark 7 years ago

Yes, sample sizes will be too small. A way to improve this a bit is to group hands together which are somewhat similair to each other.

Hey Mark, i noticed you are running a 49% open raise from the SB. Is your frequency that high because you were exploiting some BBs pool tendencies, or is this your default raising SB range? Wouldnt it be very hard to properly defend vs 3bets and just getting owned by regs that will have position on us every time?

EluSiVeMark 6 years, 3 months ago

Yeah it depends a lot on who is in the BB. I play tighter vs aggressive 3betting strategies from the BB and looser vs overfolders and less aggressive 3bettors.
