great video, question, is ok do this play (5 min) , to lead vs 4 villans, every time i have a top par medium/ strong kick ?

Is it the KJ hand?

If so this hand figures to be the best hand most of the time but our hand needs a ton of protection since 4 opponents combined can have 10+ outs against us.

Currently playing NL10 on N8 and people 3bet massiv. Most of the time 4x IP and 5x+ OOP. Is the only way to exploit this to play tighter preflop and call the 3bet less often but with stronger Hands ?

oop 5x is correct sizing Imo

For fighting people who 3bet 4x IP (which is too big IMO, according to conventional poker knowledge) the main drawback they face is isolating against a strong range (that continues vs the 3bet).

Think of it in extreme examples, a player that 3bets 2x and a player that 3bets 10x your raise size. How would you fight the player that 3bets 10x ?

Simple, because he made it so large, you would only continue with a very nutted range. And if it's a polarised range (bluffs included) he would lose a lot the times that you have a nut hand and jam and he's forced to fold for his 10bb.

I guess another reason for not making IP 3bets so large is that you discourage opponent from continuing in the pot at all, so you get more take-downs pre but fewer calls to see the flop.

Thank you for your answere. I just saw multiple people bet even 2.5x and 3x OOP against you and assumed that it was the standart. Hope you will do another video soon
