Are there any of your videos you could recommend where you go further into the equity preservation phase concept?
13:56 "No slowplaying at the top of the range" at SPR 4-8. Could you elaborate on this a little bit? I would have assumed there would be plenty of slowplaying at the shallower end of that, say SPR4-5. Atleast with the board crushing top of range.
I went into this in tremendous depth in my HUPLO book, but have kind of strayed away from it on RIO since most are interested in deep stack play. On my website I give away a free chapter of that book which covers this topic so I'd recommend just downloading it. The slowplaying will start in earnest at SPR=4 and increase as the SPR drops, except in cases where we have such a huge range advantage we need to range bet
