Hey man nice format, maybe add some more work on solvers. It's nice to see all the options and see how to play each part of our range even on simpler hands like the KT.

At 10:40 you mention he open limp 22 on BU... Why ,am I missing something here?

At 30:45 I see a lot of fishes bet, check, bet for value. We get value from mostly airballs and the FD which he can have sometimes but I think some fish can play all their Kx with a x/c or x/jam OTT. Ofc with the heart draw we can call his x/jams ,although we dont love it, but why not x back turn and auto call most rivers. Are we ahead enough of the time that we need protection with this hand?

Hey mate!
Thank you for the feedback, I was avoiding solvers work as most of the other coachs do it a lot, but I guess I can do some work on it.

Regards to the hands,

10:40 22 on BU, I was talking about my opponent strategy and I like having a mix of raises and limps when 20 - 30bb deep on BU in PKO, this way we can play smaller pots in position.

30:45 The guy was a very bad player and I thought my hand was too good to check, as he would not have many Kx in his range. But check turn and blind call river vs him is also fine.

great format! I like it a lot.

8 Tables is standard for you? For me it is difficult to find the right balance bettween the max hourly we can get and the A game I can deploy. Do you have any advice on it?

Regards dude!

Hey mate!
Thank you for the feedback. I usually play in between 6 and 12 tables.
What I do is to mix it up daily, so one day I play a higher ABI with less tables, the next day I will put a higher volume with more tables but lower ABI. It works out for me.

Hi Pedro!
23:00 A6o limped pot.
Vs two super wide ranges shouldn't we consider the check call rather than leading?
My guess is that our hand wants to realize its equity or go to showdown vs their ranges.

Pedro Madeira 6 years, 4 months ago

Our draw is too weak and we will realize it's equity in a low frequency, in these situations I wuld rather play it agressivelly. Besides, I do not see the average player raise vs a lead as they should to explore it, so I would be more inclined to lead or x/r, x/calling with a low freq.
