One of the big notes I had to write for myself:
1) Poker is a game with 2 sides (one positive and one negative) - positive: happines, upswing, winning and negative:frustration, downsing, losing. And they always come together, one can't go with another

2)Game balance($$$) in a sense something abstract. You holding to it, not holding to numbers or directions it is going

2nd for me personally works in a way - whenever I'm winning I'm happy and my balance goes up. My stress level reduce and good emotions go up.
Whenver my balance goes down certain amount I start to be more anxious and result oriented....

Yeah I understand that's it is natural process. Someday you win, somedays you lose pretty much like somedays sunny weather other days rainy. Pretty silly to worry about it

My result oriented thinking started to come from mid term results(6 month or so), if I am unhappy with results from that period of time it will start to come up. Few years ago for example in one month I won 5 figures amount, next month I lost a lot. I don't remember losing as much before. Was I stressed? No. Because even if I look my 5-10 months results they were good.

If I could share this video if my younger self or new poker players, I think it would do wonder Chris lol, it’s so true and we’ve talked about this before, poker is a journey, you can’t think about it in individual sessions, your wins and loses over a couple sessions because you need to be focused on the long term. Being present with yourself and play.

Think about what this really means for you right now, what it does not mean to you but you wish it meant
