One thing that sprung to mind when I watched this is how often I catch my students obsessing on zero EV decisions. Yes frequencies matter, but I can't tell you how often a student has wanted to spend 20 minutes of a lesson, analyzing a river call/fold decision that, by it's very nature doesn't matter.
Hey Cory Mikesell amazing, yes, and this scales very easily in every direction. Utlimately it is a matter of perspective. Just that not everyone has a grasp of which perspective has either the higher EV, or where some construct that someone uses actually leads. Not just the positive first layer thing, but also all the new branches of the game tree that are created by wanting to go in a specific direction.
In your Students, it might be, not only do they obsess over a decision that does not matter, but because they do so, they because obsessed or very interested in rabit holes and forget to see the bigger picture of what it is that they want. Thus it is very useful to learn to zoom out of your own perspective.
Update: Lol, I just watched the video and I said things I mention in my answer. Well, repetition is not the worst I guess. Hehe
So nice to hear you liked the Bar idea. Thanks for sharing ginzaboom !
Yes, slowing down, is such a powerful tool. Not because it is the only or the best, but it counters that, which people naturally tend to do, which is speed up and move on multiple lanes at lightspeed.

Good to hear it was helpful !
Thanks for letting me know
Thank you Chris for this video!
I really appreciate the metaphor of the music in the bar! Taking a stepback and evaluate all the options, slowing down the process, let the flow go!
