This is awesome ! Thanks for letting me know. I will probably have more on this in a future video as this is not just such an important topic, but also such a deep one.

I play with like a million distractions and I just took it for granted. Probably have been playing my ~B game (at best) for years for the most part without even realizing it. Cheers.

Step one is done, now on to cuttng those distractions out. Not gonna be easy. you habits will try to go back all the time to what you are used to.
But you can make a nice difference in your long term results if you get that right.
Please keep us update with the ups and downs and your thoughts about them

Wow already been 2-3 weeks since I wrote this lol. Yes it's easy to fall back into old habits which I generally have unfortunately.

But I have made some incremental improvements, such as trying to have only poker content on in the background (suggested in the video) while playing poker. So I run a mental game RIO video, or a PokerGo highlight video in the background for entertainment but it's still poker related so it's not as distracting as watching a Netflix show or sports game. It helps to keep me stimulated and not stuck in silence, while at the same time doesn't take me too far out of the way of what I'm trying to achieve.

cool ideas- really like the “Announcer” concept for all my sessions, not just the ones I record. Seems obvious after you mention it, but obviously never thought of it myself :(

Thanks, I worked on it myself a bit and I think one has to treat the Announcer like meditation... you often forget to do it and then it is not about always doing it but to return to doing it, once you remember
