Excellent video, love the 5card content. The call down with 2NF vs NF hand (24:30), I'm surprised there isn't some thought to fold? I think it's fair to assume his PSB is almost always the bare ace of clubs, or the nut flush? (If this isn't the case, however, the logic changes)

If we give him the ace of clubs in his hand, I make it about 60% that he has a flush (the probability that at least one other card is a club). So, if he bet every single bare ace of clubs, and every single nut flush, we would be 40% to win, and we need 33%. However, if he is not bluffing every time that he has the bare ace of clubs, and presuming that he does bet every single nut flush, then the chance that our 2NF is good will probably swing to less than 33%.

It's also fair to argue that he is more weighted to suited ace combos, over bare ace combos, given the 3bet?

thanks!
The spot you mentioned is very difficult to analyse since in theory we need to have some bluffcatchers in this spot , but in practice some players may be massivly underbluffing. If we are up against an unknown it's tough to chose the correct option. As a default I lean towards calling the 2nd NF and fold weaker flushes, then adjust along the way to call more of fold even the 2nd NF once I get a better grasp on the opponent.

Great to see a live 4 tabling Video!

Could you go a bit into how you’d approach hu oop spots and your thoughts on stack off ranges on various boards related or unrelated to the hu oop spots.

thanks!
I can try to focus more on the spots you mentioned in a future video since it's too broad of a topic to treat in a single comment.
As a general rule I try to lead more on boards that favor my range when OOP and act more cautious on heavy boards that hit the IP player, trying to slowplay and potcontrol more in order to get the x/r on the Turn . I focus more on additional equity and backdoors, treating bare made hands (2p and sets) more like draws to boats or blanks on dynamic boards

for that big AKQ hand at the end of the video, wouldnt it be better to just pot the turn yourself?
sure when the money goes in we are not in great shape but he will still have some folds.

if he opened from earlier position i might feel different about it but button rfi should still have weak enough hands, perhaps with a low spade draw and/or backdoor nutflushdraw

it's def. also a viable option, I just couldn't find enough weaker hands in his range that fold / I am ahead of.
If I only held 1 high spade I would lean more towards the aggressive route myself since he can have many more AQT +FD type of hands.
The opponent is also more on the tighter side from what I have seen so far, so his RFI and cbet/call range are stronger then from other players, weighting his range more towards AJ+ given my removals.

Definitely would love more 5CPLO vids. Not sure if GG has ante games or if there’s somewhere you can play that does have 5CPLO w/ ante but that’d be fantastic. Thanks!

PS: Ante and/or a game with 3 blinds (mandatory straddle UTG) would be great. Pretty much always the 5CPLO games I play in have an ante, mandatory straddle, or both. Obviously it changes the dynamic a ton. Regardless I’ll watch any 5C content you put out for sure and look forward to it.

Regarding the PPT talk at the end, you mention implied odds of hitting and you almost never get paid by a flush and not always on a ten but in your rough calculation you don't take into account that you're always stacking yourself on the 3s and 9s which negates the implied odds you mention. I think the river call was pretty poor as well. It seemed you analyzed it correctly and still came up with the wrong play. He's not going to try to fold you off a flush and he's not calling worse so x/f. A frustrating spot for every 5c player.
