hey Alexandra, I like how you approach each spot with in-game & post-game thoughts. I used to do something like this too but find noting down takeaway to be very time-consuming.
Do you take notes after these review sessions or just try to learn those by heart?
I do take notes... It is time consuming but it's worth it, as it allows me to see patterns I think I'd probably not observe. For me at least it makes a huge difference

Cool, what software do you use for notetaking? and in general how do you organize those notes? Sometimes I feel my notes get a bit messy :P
I usually make an excel sheet with filters for action / texture and whatever I find relevant. I then make a column for "in game thought process" (usually incorrect) and then one for "correct thought process"
