The thought process you laid out at 15:10 is very similar to the thought process I created for myself and have been using. It takes practice to get fast at it but if you get good at it you can go through the whole thing quickly in game including combo counting.
Great video here! I think the key piece that I was missing from my own framework for bluff catching is that I need to start making some reasonable attempt to actually count the combos. I've been relying entirely on heuristics and shortcuts such as how wide the specific villain's range tends to be and other simple ones like whether or not the board has a lot of missed draws.
Yeah those are usually good heuristics to have, as in the end that's what dictates how many bluffs (or at least natural bluffs) one could have, but ofc the better you get at counting combos the more exact you can be with your assumptions
