The A3s hand at 32:00 where hero gets 4 bet to a larger size by sb, verses rec players this hand for me would tend towards fold at these stack depths. Not sure how much worse is 4 betting by recs and seems unclear how we realize equity in spots where we don't flop flush draws or top pair. If raise was smaller, it would be more enticing. What stack depth do you think this becomes pure continue?

Well being IP that's how we realize eq. We flop TP, FDs, or face a check on some boards allowing us to realize equity or bluff on some textures. That's enough being IP vs a small size 3bet. Once the size gets so big though the odds / implied odds gets worse so I'd just fold 100bb deep. Not sure how deep we need to be for it to become a pure call. I'd say around 150bb maybe
