Great video Alex! Quite a few adjustments to be made in pkos. Seems it can be a bit hard to keep up with all of them.
5:20 you mention 78s pre is not a call in a normal tourney. You are only 40bb effective. Do you make that call if you are deeper or are the positions too early?
42:20 with tt you said you would prefer to bet with a club and chk without. If we have a club wouldn't checking be better as we block some turned flushes for our oopoent and so we need less protection?
46:45 similar spot where you said with a spade you would call the straight but without you would prefer to raise. This makes sense to me for above stated reasons unless there is another consideration you made.
Hey, thank you.
78s I would call in a normal tournament if we were deeper yeah, ~60bbs+ seems reasonable
As for TT, while your point is definitely true and applies to many cases, in this particular when the board is so good for the BB and he has such a big nut advantage, having some backdoor equity against his nutted hands is very crucial
The QJ spot is fairly different because now we are very shallow and it's quite likely the hand goes bet/bet/jam therefore having strong hands that don't need much protection in our calling range is what we're looking for. The main deciding factor is SPR.
