5:35 98cc and 30:30 jj you mention in pkos you don't want to 3bet. Are you just trying to keep opponent in for the chance to stack him? Or are you going to be facing wider 4bet rngs due to.it being a pko? Wider 4bet rngs would be good for the jj.
6:20 is this a good spot for a block? We can vbet a wider rng. I would lean toward pure block unless that is massively -ev.
24:25 do you ever incorporate qjo into a 3bet fold rng vs hj?
Opponent jams on the river. Is this just a purely pko jam from him? It doesn't seem like a good play otherwise.
33:40 with 22 can we lead this turn with some frequency?
Regarding the 98 and JJ hands, the reasons for not 3betting are different in each hand. 98s, we will get 4bet jammed wider on as you identified. For JJ, we want to protect our flatting range against squeezes from either the shortstacks or the bigstack in the sb and also get ourselves in a nice position when a shortstack jams and OR rejams.
6:20 We usually want to be using half pot when we bet on cards like this, not much smaller or bigger
As for QJo, I think flatting will be the s uperior option. His river jam does indeed appear thin but could be fine with certain assumptions (like me not checking back enough Qx) and of course the PKO aspect helps.
Lastly, for 33:40, I don't think so, no. Our hand just has really poor equity realization and we will be valuecutting very often.
