Nope. In a normal tourney there is not much incentive for someone to be making really loose flats in that spot. So a cold call would be pretty strong, unless the player was a passive whale type. In PSKOs I see people flatting all the time in these spots with some really crazy hands. People also don't trap wide here since they want to ISO the bounty instead of going multiway.
