At 24:15 wouldn't it be better to 3bet the KT to avoid the squeeze jams?

The KTo for sure could have been a 3bet preflop. I wouldn't play K9o in that spot so KTo is naturally a good 3bet combo since its the bottom of my vpip range. I think I decided to flat it that time for game flow / image reasons since I had already been dealt a lot of 3bet spots.
I know, right. All that hard work to get there and you have to sit through a Negreanu dance and musical chairs before you can actually start playing.
