Yeah I think I missed it. I think given how draw heavy the board is I don't think there would be much point continuing as we are not getting him off too many hands if we bet. Its also gonna be expensive to bet as on this kind of board we should generally be betting big with all the draws. So I think I would just ch it down.
@10min(75s)hand i disagree with the premise opponent is not bluffing if x/r us.
I see this as a primary board(dry,Ahigh) to x/r bluff vs a late pos opener who`s range is much wider then Ax.
I still bet and call if x/rsed dep on amount and reeval turn.
Nice vid i like the format keep churning them Owen
The problem with calling a check raise here as I said in the video is that pretty much all the bluffs villain chooses to x/r with will have a load of equity v us. Also its not likely he just x/r flop and gives up so we are gonna have to call at least 2 streets here with what is likely to be 3rd pair on the turn. So even if he is bluffing he 1) hits and wins quite often anyway and 2) makes it really expensive for us to bluff catch.
hey there owen. I've been following this series a bit and i'm constantly thinking that question 1 should be probably asked 3rd or so. Reason i think this, is that every time i do the questions i always try to find the answer to what we want from this hand after i know the answer in what;s villain range, board etc
I would normally just ch/f the 22s vs 2 in that spot, we're not making either fold better and we have little equity when called and we'll get blown off our hand very often the times we're being floated/or vs draws and lose the pot the other times...

in the 44 hand you raised on the flop... i think you missed that... what would it change as played?

Really nice videos Owen, I love this format of looking the post flop action so deeply
Just right speed for me :)
The speed is okay. We can always push the 1.5x speed button, just make it 1.5x longer video.
Kidding. It was 100% perfect!
(Your articulation is good for listening with 3x speed but I like to think things through slowly.)
