Chris, there are several hands such as at 20:30 where we shove to deny equity etc. How we determine the threshold where we are best to shove because our hand is best/deny equity rather than if we shove here we only get called by better?

It's a function of pot size (SPR), range on range interactions, your side card etc.. ( a bunch of things)
The best way is to simply practice in Pio imo and learn to recognize the spots.
