great video,
at min 20 table 1, u mentioned that u prefer betting bigger on flop 962s in 3 bet pot OOP? why do u prefer bigger c-bet size compared to small 1/3 range bet? On what factors your decision depends?
also on table 1 at 22:30 u 3 bet KQ on u mentioned half pot bet sizing is more appropriate than 1/3?why? thanks for answers
first of all i dont think a 1/3 sizing on that flop is really bad because a lot of people will still overfold vs that small sizing. But in general i think its just slightly too connected with my calling range and he doesnt always cbet this flop with his whole range so normally then using a larger sizing should be better.
i think in hand 2 i want to bet bigger to apply more pressure already on the flop vs those small pocketpairs and some random backdoor floats, again i think this board has a lot of backdoordrawing potential so we can get floated really wide, so therefore i wouldnt want to bet too small. but in this case 1/3 i wouldnt mind as much as in the first hand.
can you specify which table are you talking about? because you say here im gonna do this , here im gonna do that but you dont say which table are you talking about and i get lost at times, great vid anyway
yeah thats maybe a good point. in most cases i think its obvious about what hand im talking but i should actually say that more often, especially when im jumpin in hands between tables. i try to do that in the future
uros19: 9h6d2d - its a quite dynamic board; so you have to split your range. In this case a higher betsize is favorable. Diego Ramirez made a fine vid about that.
6:13 QJh 742A 3bP You made a big bet turn in pretty dry flop, Why not delay CB river ? I dont see enough bluffs there, hero have all sets and a tiny 65s (4) and probably 89cc 9Tcc looks pretty unbalanced.
12:53 Overbet in QJ76r Why this size? V is not cap ant the 6 help more his range than our range and how you balance this?
6:13: we can easily add a lot of random low equity bluffs, like floats on the flop. i also think we want to bet quite big here since we dont bet often for protection but more with a polarized range.
12:53: dont really see how the 6 should help his range more than ours. the 6 is pretty much a blank, if he doesnt specifically have Q6/J6 and 76 which are not that big part of his range. also we can have those hands as well, so pretty standard overbet on the turn. i balance this with my semibluffs, mostly straightdraws and gutshots
