Great video Alex!

I like the idea of a new series(theoretical) to mix it up.

I agree. Great video and I also like the idea of a theoretical new series.

At 23:15 you open fold QJ98ss UTP at z500 without talking about it. Is that standard? I'd open that hand all the time.

Hi NiceGame,

This hand ranks 22% , my UTG open goes up to 20ish percentile depending on lineup. but this is somewhat a std fold for me. You are right i could have taken a little bit of time to see if I could open this, but given is so borderline I dont expect to have a huge impact on my wr. I think opening on the tighter side is better nowadays that people is defending BB closer to optimal

At 15:49 we have the nut str8 with a redraw. Why don't we want to lead?

hi !

cbetting ranges in mw pots are pretty strong overall, so I dont expect him to xback ton of hands on this turn and if he did probably he is folding this same range vs leading. the hands he xback here(or fold to lead) have a really low equity vs my hand - probably around 15% or less-.
I think turn play is pretty close in EV between checking and leading, I just felt there are some hands in my range that want to check and see a river so I have to protect this hands with not having a leading range

What software do you use to know in what % of hands any given hand is?
Thanks great video

you can use www.propokertools.com , simulations, then set omaha and rank your hand, usually use 6h (6 handed) because this one ranks your hand with "playability".
Also you can download oracle from there and you will find rankings inside tools, range explorer.

min 12:15 How about folding the turn vs the lead? We are behind vs his range and as you mentioned yourself oddsen is stil uncapped and we will put in out stack bad here some % of the time.
Also his lead seems rather bad without foldequity and no showdown value. Why should he get the pot Heads up?
