thanks guys, I like this type of format where player is asked questions about his play and what would be his range and his thought, very good vid.

question at 25:00

33 UTG, what would be an open raise/call range vs each players and what would be a raise/fold range here. do you call 100% of your raising range or you've got some raise/folding range?

bit of a broad question and Im not totally sure what you mean by do you call 100% of your raising range? do you mean if someone jams do I call their jam with everything I open? certainly not. I will have some raise/fold range as we talked about consisting more of strong broadways and suited connectors and less small pps

hey guys, enjoyed the video!

@21:30 -  I'm not sure, but I think once you min w a 13bb stack there, Villain can expect to be getting called a lot, and I think A5o will just be dominated too often.

Being in villain's shoes, I would see the min raise representing more strength because you may just open jam all of your steals.

Do you have a R/F range there with 13bb? and does this change if antes are in play? what about 10bb?

I think that without antes you are less committed and openjamming is effectively a lot bigger compared to what you pick up. so I think it is very possible to have raise/folds here esp preante

47:00 A3s, CO has to call 2600 to win 4200 what would a reasonable stack off range look like? Being aggressive, i would be worried CO may be trapping as he places more bluffs in his 3bet range

Espen Sørlie 10 years, 10 months ago

Im not 100% sure about his specific 3b tendencies neither do I want to discuss them too much but I just assume a good player that are 3betting a lot of bluffs recognizes this spot as one he needs to induce wide
