That AA and KK hand better be interesting, if they both are just everyone folds pre, it's gunna be the worst cliff hanger ever! ;)

I actually dont remember at all what happened, It just felt like a good moment to stop! But usually AA hands are not all that interesting since decisions tend to be easy. Most of the times it just goes raise, bet, bet, bet or 3-bet, bet, bet, shove.

Hi Raphael! Glad to have you here at runitonce, as i always been wondering about your playstyle.

I do have a few questions about your general gameplan.

1)When and how do you decide to adjust your defending range against 3bets and does the general postflop strategy of your opponent affect your decision in any way?

-->  At  the 100NL/200NL games you find a very high variety of 3betting strategies, ranging from 3betting 5% to 15%.

Hi, do we know each other or do we play against each other?

I dont adjust my defending ranges that much against different opponents, except for the obvious folding more often vs nitty regulars, getting in lighter vs very aggressive opponents or slowplay big pairs more often vs people who barrel too much. But thats nothing out of the ordinary and everybody is already doing this. I mainly focus on myself and try to make sure my core strategy is not overfolding any 3-bet spot that comes up very often and that I have "reasonnable" 4-betting frequencies and ranges.

Regarding the T8s hand ~17:00, are you folding any of your 3bet range to his 4bet since he sized it that small? What size would he have to go for you to fold T8s? Also do you have a min 5b/f and 5b/c range in spots like this?

I am not folding all that much when getting 3 to 1 direct odds and position but I will still fold the weaker combos that I 3-bet with. It's very hard to say where to draw the line between folding and calling, with T8s or with a lot of other hands. There is kind of a grey zone where it's unclear where precisely is the call/fold treshold.

I dont use min 5-bets with 100bb stacks in that situation. I know lots of regs do it but I strongly dislike it and believe it is incorrect. I would definitely have 5-bet ranges with deeper stacks though.
