At 4.52 you fold 55 to a sb 3bet, at what price would you consider calling in this spot? It seemed like you were very close to calling. Question applies to 22 -> 66 I guess
MP vs SB. So SB range vs MP is pretty tight. Hands like 66 and lower are starting to become close to just setvalue. I think vs this sizing it's relatively neutral to call or fold. Balance wise we don't make an error by folding this low of a pair.
Vs players who let us go more to showdown with our lower pairs they quickly become profitable preflop calls. VS players who are more aggro and don't let us realise equity with low pairs they become neutral EV or slightly negative.
So with some good assumptions u can decide whether to call or fold these types of hands. At lower stakes rake becomes an issue though.
thanks for the great video!
Im curious about the KK spot at 28:30 where you timed out, i think its a close decision on the turn and im curious what you'd have done vs the turn overbet (and possible river bet).
My guess is we have quite a few better hands to continue and i'd consider folding turn with KK.
Tough spot with KK. I don't have a raising range otf vs the lead because i lack nutcombos compared to the BB. He is leading into me and a rec player in the SB. So i believe his range is a bit stronger than were it HU.
Since i don't have a raising range i have hands with better playabilty and better equity than KK. I think to not be exploited we probably still should continue with KK ott and fold river. Exploitive vs most players (maybe more so at lower stakes) we can safely fold turn.
