34minute what you think about bluffing 22 in 3b pot? lead turn, not check-raise

teunuss 6 years, 11 months ago

this is actually a fine line to take, 22 and 33 should be bluffing turn a fair bit (50%), to continue bluffing a heart of spade river.

Hi Teunuss,
I'n glad your back, thanks for another great video. One question, what programme do you use for solving preflop spot in Holdem? I have PIO but not the preflop version, is there a better programme to use?
Thanks

Hi teunuss

You use RNG not only on preflop but also on postflop, for 3b/4b/call/(cr) decision-freq?
And you use it at all stakes? 2.5-5 or higher only??
thank you for a cool vid

teunuss 6 years, 11 months ago

Mostly preflop as I have a clear idea of what my range looks (and should look) like.
I will use it postflop as well in spots where I know exact frequencies.

Second part of your question:
If I play in a softer environment I usually start using the RNG a lot less cause we just play a lot more hands very exploitatively.

Great video! but i'd prefer you use the "strategy + ev" tab most of the time in pio its alot easier to visualize in my opinion!

Hi Teunuss

You are cold4betting AQo vs a sb 3bet and a CO open, saying that this is one of the more standard cold 4bets.

Does this mean that you cold 4bet AQo 100% in this spot? If you do, arent you worried that you will 4bet bluff too much?

Hi Teunuss,

Excellent video as always. At 6:20, with A7o. The opens seems a little light? What is your typical open here?

Once on the flop, why not size up here due to wet board? Do you prefer 1/3 here always with all of your c-bet range?

At 1:35, you mentioned probing QJ as it blocks villian's Kx? But don't you think he likely cbets his KQ and KJ combos on the flop, hence we actually block his AQ, AJ which might fold turn?
Or having a club also played a role in probing turn?
