1) 3:01, QJo : yes, we dont have anything, but board is so dry and safe. May be it's better just to cbet flop to fold out a bunch of K-high and sometimes A-high (if he plays somewhat tight and just hit or fold for example) and to protect against random 6-outers like T9?
2) 14:57, A2s: isn't it ez call on the flop especialy vs such a small cbet having A-high+backdoors?
1) i think QJ can be played both ways. i think its fairly marginal if you bet the flop or try to take it down on a later street if youre good balanced.
2) A2 should def be a call. I dont know why i folded there :)
6:45 you call 67s MP vs UTG raise, do you think we can do that profitble? I see you marked a fish in the SB, but is that enough?
8:05 you 3bet 56s mp vs UTG open, is this a genrally plan of you 3bet range MP vs UTG that you use SC to balance you value 3bet range? And do you think that's better than to use some A blocker like A2-A5s, AJo?
6:45: i think because the fish is not big i should probably 3bet or fold.
8:05: i think its close, Axs have better blocker and better equity, but suited connectors have better playability(way better) and also help us be strong on the "problem boards" like T98 etc.. so i prefer sc's but its really close i think.
Hi ERA7ER, I think it was an awesome video. Is the first time I saw one your videos and I think it was great. I´ve noticed you put special emphasis on your HUD. I´ve never used one before and I think is time to buy one. Which one are you using? and also how can you tell from the HUD if a player is a fish?
Thanks in advance.
Hi ERA7ER, great video.
You say at 6'15 that you could call turn oop for bluffing a river club cuz ou have a strong nut blocker, but would you check raise this hand or just donk ? I think check raise is a better choice since he have more FD that us and a club don't avantage our range.
2/ 10'15 : Do you recommend to 3bet J9s sb v hj as a standard when we don't have a flatting range in this position, or it's just because there is a recreationnal player in the BB and you want to widen your 3betting range a little bit since we can eventually flat some medium hands.
Thx for your answer and for the vid !
1) i dont like a checkraise because you are basically not having good equity against a calling range (or drawing dead) and if a flush hits you cannot really play your blocker because noone will fold a flush after so much money in already. also there are so many better hands to checkraise like fds, some straightdraws etc..
2) i dont think flatting J9s in the SB is a good play, not even if there is a fish in the bb. only if its a huge fish. otherwise i3bet or fold.
Hi Eraser,
You seem to somewhat contradict yourself early in the video when checking back K9 Kxx board, then cbet 3/4 pot on the Qxx board with QJo after iso 3 betting the weaker player? Just wondered if you could explain your reasons for this?
im not sure about what hand the QJ was, but when i play against a fish or so, i like to bet more, because they tend to call lighter and missplay their hands in general more often if you bet.
sometimes also when playing against a very passive player a hand that i normally check becomes a bet because i dont gain any value by checking back.

i made my own HUD. yes you basically see if a player is a fish from the VPIP/PFR raise stats.
why do I always try to mimic your accent when I open your videos? :)
hahaha :D
You say you don't 3 bet suited aces ip anymore because they do not play well in 3 bet pot could you go into some more detail as to why that is?
