Nice self critical video, fully agree that it’s important to give the players credit to find enough bluffs in every spot and never consider folding the upper part of our range in those situations.
As a video idea, with SCOOP awaiting it would be nice to see some online PLO MTT content from you - maybe a hand review of a deep run from last year? Either some highlight hands or maybe from close to the bubble/ final table ...
Confused by the hand on the right at minute 2. Your analysis seems still partially undecided about this line albeit not thrilled with the river lead. I'm confused as what the purpose of a river lead here with this combo would ever be? Do we think the low straight is folding enough to a lead here? On the surface this looks to only be bluffing out AQ exactly as most 10's taking this line have a straight or boat with them?
Edit: Oh ok after hand completion you say all in all you should likely check. I should wait until you re-analyze to type these questions ha.
min 43: could you talk a bit about c/r sizing on turns? are we just happy oop to raise pot and deny equity as much as possible? looks though like a really expensive bluff if we had one and I feel like there are not a lot of hands that want to raise pot fold except for good blockers. but then we lack bluffs on the T and R. So if we had a few more weaker combo draws like fd + straight blocker + gs we might have to fold vs a jam so it feels a bit unnatural to raise those
30:19 against a player you describe as someone who has the tendency to make too many laydowns, I would bet small, around 30% on the river. yet you bet big and get called. this makes me wonder if this is a fundamental mistake I have incorporated in my game, trying to aim the AA-KK range too much and leaving way too much value against his stronger range.
btw - I'm glad that you didn't play the session that well, as this turned into a very very good training video! thank you coach! :)
19:09 8863ss I assume we openraised. Isn't this a hand that is more suited for a cbet? OFC from the lighter ones, but we are not too happy checking back, can't turn much, especially stuff that can stand the heat, but we have a pair blocker and str8 blockers on the flop to cbet.

Good idea! I'll take a look at what I've got in my database.
