Hey John,

I normally enjoy your videos very much. This one was a bit "slow"... ;-) I understand if you don't wanna give away your exact ranges but I feel when most hands play pretty straight forwardly like in this video I would very much appreciate thoughts on other hands in your or villain's range.

Like what hand or frequency would you bluff 4-bet with? What hands would you shove in this spot? And so on... those are information that would be very valuable to me. I feel a lot of potential is being wasted here.

Looking forward to your next video though! :)

hey appreciate the critique. Unfortunately a drawback of this format (HH review of every hand VPIPed start to finish) is that you will run into stretches of stale action while needing to keep up pace. A lot of the decisions I make in real time are situational and exploitative, so I don't think giving specific reads or adjustments vs regs is beneficial to you or to my bottom line. I can offer my thought process or guide you in ways to create your own strategy. For preflop strategy building: holdem resources calculator is a great study tool for you to design resteal and 4b shoving strategies vs different ranges.

Nice series...i don't watch MTT vids but will tune in for JA...wouldn't want to miss a characterization like, "somewhat reasonable*," after aggro-guy butchers 2 of the 1st 3 streets in the 87s (Btn vs SB) hand. ;)

(in his defense flop+riv are ok...and would suck to get blown-off his equity the 5% of the time when Pipe 3-bets.)

*..."for him."
