Probably break that. If my opponent is pat, then i have 0 equity if i pat before him and i still have a good draw. Will be different with a hand like 2456-T or 2456-J. And if my opponent is raising too much in these spots with 1card draws or weak pat hands (like T-J), then i can start to 3bet him a lot, with all of my pat 9s for example.
