Hey, maybe my English is not the greatest, I just can't understand what you said about JJ hand ( around 10 min). Maybe you can explain what you said about the opponent.

Q8o on turn is a good bluff spot in my opinion (19:30 min). Bad flop for a c-bet so he may be check/folding. You may have 9 easy in your range.

Also about KQs at about 27 min. Why 3 bet preflop?
Why not c-bet flop with QJo at 29:00-30:00? Against 2 opponents on good flop.
Thanks!

JJ No problem at all, probably the problem is my English. My idea on the video was to raise/fold the SB the most of the time (maybe limping a weak hand against a weak player) because I thought I would not have to many player s hands. But I have been playing that player on the 2/5 Zoom, I know he is aggresive and against people that are defening right the BB I am just limping.

Q8o Yes, I missed that one. I would have the 53s and more two pais than him.

KQs I 3bet KQs some percentage, especially against a fun player.

QJo That one is close for me, I would cbet it with a heart 100% the time.

hi javier
1-defend first table you call a cbet with A9o on T38 wet board ,is not too much? maybe yu beat some draws, but your equity is not so great against the worst bluff of your opponent range i think,am i wrong?
2-third table, you c/r T4s on a dry board Axx, cause you said the bet is too small, but small does not mean he has got a weak range, what do you represent, just bluff i guess??
3- and you defend by calling a flop OOP with A6o on 396 wet board, i think is a better hand for a c/r, it's too vulnerable for calling for my humble opinion
4- table 1 you call from SB A9o vs small raise CO and call BTN, i think it's the worst choice , you are in the worst position postflop with a not a hand that play well on multiwaypoy, and someone has to ''speak'' preflop, i think fold/squeeze > call
thanks for the video and thank you in advantage if you 'll replay me

I do not want to be rude but could you write me the minute of each hand, I will give you better answers if I see the opponent, the stacks and the complete board.

Thank you

Hi Javier,

Thanks for the video,
55 Hand at 20’, is there any reason to bet more than half pot on KKJ flop vs the weak player?
QK Hand at 32’, you said when betting the river that you can play AQ like that, but don’t you bet the turn with AQ?

Javier Caballo 8 years, 8 months ago

55 Here my plan was to bet only once if I do not improve so I want to make it big because he is going to fold more.

KQs No, I would wait until the river to value bet AQ. But is a very particular hand with a very small SPR, I suppose BTN can still has AA,JJ and AJ on the turn.

31:30 w 26d, looks like an easy call to me by the close odds, you won't have much implied odds by the 7, but 3 would be really nice.

Javier Caballo 8 years, 7 months ago

I do not think I am winning enough when I hit my outs, he is going to fold a lot if I lead or check back a set. If I call I would have to mix it with bluffing when the flush comes.

Is there any specific reason to open 2.25bb instead the std. 3bb?

Javier Caballo 8 years, 7 months ago

You can open more hands, call more 3bets, force your oponents to defend with weaker hands on the blinds...

But it depends on your opponets with size to use, I think 2.25 is the std these days.
