Hi Phil, at 12:30 you decide to c/c the wrap on TT9cc. As a PLO beginner and someone who has played exclusively NL up to this point, I would be more tempted to c/r this hand. My thinking would be that this has draw has similar value to a gutter on a FD flop in NL, where the c/c is probably -EV in most circumstances, but we can frequently make villain fold air and occasionally represent turns. What kind of hands would you play as a c/r bluff in this spot or are you primarily c/c with the intention of repping turns? Any help cultivating a PLO grade thought process for this spot would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
Hi Phil, thank you for this video. Can you explain more the hand at bottom left at 29:00 QJhQh3h. I doesn't get it, you hit a pretty nice flop but you ch behind flop and fold turn to a bet. Can you explain call pre flop then, or at which boards you would continue if not this one, because its look for me like burning money...or i don't get something...
Hi Phil nice video once again! You say the pairing turn is good, because it counterfeits a lot of ours 2p, I get that. But why are you betting and if you're betting, why so big?
Thx. in adv.
I would think it is basically to extract value from villains JJ-AA (as villain now has 2 pair) and flush draw type hands. It is going to be very difficult for villain to fold any of those hands to our turn lead.
great vid! If possible will be amazing to see u playing a series of micro PLO like .10/25cents (plo25) , really curious to see your thoughts and adpatations for such game.... Thx very much

pot limit 08 is the new mans game. for various reasons, its always a freeroll =)
I vote for HU PLO bovada action... I'd even give you action if you want to guarantee a long session against the same villain. ;)
i'll play you h/u on bovada? I'm down for a long session and we could even potentially record the session and have it reviewed
