In 44:30, do you think Ospina could sometimes 2-bet the AJ6r because Dario is propably opening very wide with the ace and might have some folds already on 3rd street or at least on 4th unimproved or is that play too spewy?

I think it's just too spewy to 2bet AJ6 rainbow.
Even if Dario opens 100% (which i think he does), with AJ6 rb Ospina only have 44,2% equity. With JJ he will have around 53-55% with. Also his playbility isn't that good, AJ6 is very marginal both for high and low at 3rd street.
I much rather play something like J72ccc, despite we don't block an ace, we have at least a 3card flush.
