Elias Gutierrez aka SinKarma walks you through a $10/$20 NL session split between Pokerstars and Winamax where there's no shortage of big pots. For those of you that didn't see his tweet and are looking for a spoiler on session results, check it out @zerospoker.

Great video - it was very easy to follow with you recapping the action on each hand whenever you switched tables. A couple questions:
9:50: What are your x/raise bluffs in this spot? Would you just pick some of your worse Jx/9x without a heart?
18:12 What bluffs (if any) would you use here on the river? In the video you say that you don't bluff because villain's range is very strong, and he rarely has a weak hand. Given that you are checking Ks 3s, which is one of your best bluff hands in this spot because 1) blocks AK, 2) no diamond, 3) near bottom of your range, does this mean you are checking your whole range on this river?

Hello Dan!

1/ Correct, on this Spot it´s about getting a few of your weakest hands (9x with no heart) and bluffing acording to the size and the amount of Value hands (NutFlush) you have playing in the same way.

2/ I should use a hand like the one I had, that´s totally correct but I decided that it was a better idea to give up because I wasn´t expecting Folds. If he knows I am not betting a Qx on the River then he can easily call with his pairs and that river was helping AQ AK and 9x. In that River I should have a High frequency of Check from my side thought.

Thanks Elias goo job...I think you should explain technical aspects in more detail as Sauce does...
love the funny stuff

I second this. It is clear you can do a much better job than this. I am not paying for elite for just entertainment, I would like to learn something also. For example essential coaches like Paul and Nuno or elite coach Juan Pastore explain very in depth how to think about hands, using PIO and so on. I would appreciate it if you could do this too.

Elías Gutierrez 6 years, 8 months ago

Imurmommy, if you want PIO videos you can watch this one: http://www.runitonce.com/poker-training/videos/isildur1s-creative-strategies-2/
btw there are a few more.

About strategy comments I think I made many during the video, obv I can´t talk very in depth about particular situations because there is action going on and I recognize that probably my english is not good enough to explain all I have in my head, but I am showing and explaining things playing against Top players very often and putting hours and hours editing to cut the boring stuff.

GL with everything.

Why is it good to reduce 3 bet size oop when deep? Thx.

Elías Gutierrez 6 years, 8 months ago

At this moment I am doing this because when I studied with Pio how to build 3bet ranges and sizings deep it was making sick huge sizings and all people who were trying them and myself included, we didn´t get very good results. (It could be variance but also it takes time to play a very good postflop strategy with those ranges and sizings)

I like to reduce it right now because my overpairs and pairs in general benefit from a bigger SPR if they wont want to go Allin postflop doing Bet Bet Bet (similar to having a Top pair in a single raised pot, you are not going all in everytime)

I like your comedy and I am a Fan of your thread on here, I have 1 question for this session to ask. In the last hand in this video with 77 on the J42 flop i am curious if you always flat there in position after getting check raised with essentially mid pair and no blocker to the possible flush draw and also would you play it the same way out of position?
