Hi Iain,
Thanks for another solid video!

6:10 table 1 with AKs.
I think your line is good. But what do you think about checking flop to opponent here (how does the EV compare) given the reasons below:?

Many recreational players will use a bet size which indicates the strenght of their hand (in my experience on 50NL and lower at least). This allows us to get free information from their bet size mistakes by checking (I've seen Ben S do this when he played 50NL). I've also seen the small c-bet line induce some 3bets for protection/information/value from weaker players, which isn't really good for us either when a holding like AKs here.

Since they use bet sizing in that way I think they also tend to assume that other players do the same (small bet means weak hand). For that reason it's clearly good to bet small with strong hands to induce as well.

Nice one Ian,future video idea could be breaking down the game into sections like you discuss? Looking at pre and post flop play on a range of board textures?

Probably a stupid question... but what's the purpose of the random number generator?

Sometimes from PIO study you will find that you are fairly confident that a hand is supposed to be bet sometimes but also checked sometimes for balance. The RNG is nice to just help you make the decision.
