Zplo - optimal value out of flopped quads?

BN: $196.88
SB: $129.27
BB: $203.24 (Hero)
UTG: $181
HJ: $240.62
CO: $181.12
Preflop ($3.00) (6 Players)
Hero was dealt A 8 8 A
UTG raises to $4, HJ folds, CO folds, BN folds, SB folds, Hero raises to $13, UTG calls $9
Flop ($29.00) A A 2 (2 Players)
Hero checks, UTG bets $16, Hero calls $16
Turn ($61.00) A A 2 5 (2 Players)

Have found that I haven't always optimized value when we over-smash flop.  Generally, thoughts?  Unknown villain.

Turn spoiler: hero leads 5bbs and is called.  Anyone else leading here in spots like this?  Sometimes seems worth the shot to induce vs. getting a turn check behind and river fold.

River spoiler: 3d - hero leads 15bbs and gets a fold.  Thoughts?  If we're going to lead again here, sizing seems important.

Thanks.
